Off Road Plus Mode standard on 4xe Rubicon?

We have a 4xe Rubicon on order. It’s done and waiting to be loaded for shipment. Anyway, I was reading the owners manual and it mentions a feature called Off Road Plus mode. Is this included on all 4xe Rubicons? Thanks.

Not available in our 4xe JLUR. button itself is missing in the dash..
