It would be nice if they gave us the VDD (version description document) or CDD (change description document). That would tell us all the different changes they made in the update.

I'm trying to determine if my ORP version was updated yesterday with the over the air, UCONNECT update that was done... I thought I had version V.17XXXXXXXXX.X ( I had not saved a pic but think I remember what I saw month's before the UConnect update yesterday) before the update yesterday... now I

Cool, new version. Anything different? I looked at mine but did not see anything different to speak of. Of course I don't use mine very often.

FYI my 2020 came with the 17 version was updated last year with the new radio and 19 version. Radio was replaced with new one by dealer. Still f#€£¥# up. Lat,lg,lat and elevation still not working and radio cuts in and out on sat. Don’t know what they are doing.

I haven't gotten any update but I think mine has been on V.19 since I took delivery in September. Mines a 2021

Ran the update, everything checked out saying the update was complete. Hmmm. Why didn’t my version change? Not very happy that it wiped out all of my radio station settings.

That's strange.... and you saw message that said update completed successfully... Hmmmmm...

I'd while the JL is running, pull fuse F97 in the PDC for 15 seconds and then reinsert the fuse.. After the forced reboot of UConnect that this accomplishes, go and see if version number changes.

So weird. Pulled the fuse and same version. Did it twice. I’ll just give it some time and wait and see tomorrow.

At least you still have ORP .... to be honest I see no difference between the old ver. (the one you have) and the new version update.. My fear when doing the update yesterday is that I would lose ORP.... that would suck for sure.

I got in today and my off road pages are updated to version 19.X.

Edit: offer of pages fixed to off road pages—speech to text doesn’t understand off road, entered at a stop light.

Hmm, Got the update message this past Friday, ran the update, came back to Jeep and it noted update was done, finger point to the "Okay" prompt. Still on V.17##### not V.19#### will try fuse pull later, but ?

Pulled the fuse twice within an hour of the update completing. Still at v17. Waited two days and started up, now v19. Give a day or so. Nothing really gained that we know of from one version to the next. Just wait a day. No urgent need to pull the fuse.

Anecdotally, loading ORP seems more reliable, now. It used to frequently fail with “couldn’t open try later” or something like that. I know it’s been less than a week, but every time I’ve used it since the update it’s opened right up.

Strange @am1978 saw no version # change when he did the F97 fuse pull... weird it took two days for his to display V 19.... F97 fuse pull should have done the deed you'd think...

You could try the F97 fuse pull or just wait... Since @am1978 's went 19, yours undoubtedly will too..

I have seen no noticeable difference between V17 and V19. Both load the same... perhaps 19 even takes a few seconds longer to load..

I'd really be at a loss .... pissed as hell if I lost ORP. I always have ORP's displaying.... have grown used to it..

Seriously, I would really like the version/change description document for this build version. I want to know what they fixed.
