@JeepCares I've had my Wrangler Sahara JL with Uconnect 8.4 and Nav since April and still not received the OTA update. Is this just a waiting game? Should I have received it by now? Thanks!

For those who have taken delivery recently, is it fair to assume they already have the latest software installed a the factory and therefore will not see an OTA update?Flyguy81,
We are documenting your VINs and forwarding your cases internally. If you have lost Jeep Off-Road Pages after the OTA update, please message us with your VIN and mileage so we can start the process to assist you.

I'm new to Jeep and Uconnect so maybe I'm mistaken...but..are ORP not already a fully functioning feature in other Jeep models with Uconnect 4 on 8.4" screens?I'm gonna venture a guess that the reason why the ORP keeps getting pulled from the server, rather than launching locally is because they're still developing it and it's not quite ready for prime time. They're probably pushing out nightly builds with code revisions. If for some reason, the FCA developers can't figure out how to have ORP installed as a local app, or at least cache all the data in the UConnect unit, they should be 86'ed and replaced with someone more qualified.

I definitely tried what he said, and all I got was the loss of all preset Sirius/XM channels, radio stations, favorite songs, favorite artists, paired phones, and who knows what else - but still no update. I was happy to trade my presents for the update, now I will have to spend months setting up my favorites again!try what steve M said I did that it worked perfectly . I just reset all the settings parked it overnight and in the moring the Jeep gods had bestowed uon me the off road pages. The only thing i don't see is the elevations and lat long but it may be becasue I haven't had them open for along enough time> Anyone else not seeing the lat /long and elevation?
If they are releasing nightly builds the app should not have been released. Also, there is no way they are releasing new builds as that would require the system to download the new build and the version number should be changing. Going further, if the app is tied to a connection with the servers the app would be non-functional if there is no valid SiriusXM/uConnect subscription.I'm gonna venture a guess that the reason why the ORP keeps getting pulled from the server, rather than launching locally is because they're still developing it and it's not quite ready for prime time.
