Send Jeep cares PM with your Vin number and mileage. I sent them a message Friday night they got back to me this morning asked me for my Vin number and mileage, they’re working on it right now.

Canadian OTA Update:

Feb order, April build. May took delivery JLUR.

Never had ORP
@JeepCares : doesnt care about canadians. cant help in any way except direct to FCA Canada

Started case file after multiple phone attempts to reach a human operator. finally stuck it out and was able to connect after 48 min wait period on 3rd attempt. changing time of day each call

official answers so far to my case file:

1st official answer:
Sir Did you check U connect website? Yes? well if it says you have no pending updates. the. you must have your update already. - yes.... I must be crazy.

2nd official answer: ( after an additional 18 minute hold to consult co-worker team)

FCA has never heard of offroad pages. Can you explain what it is. How do you know you dont have it ? and why do I think I should have it?

3rd official answer:
Sorry sir but have you tried contacting your local dealership to have the problem diagnosed? (face palm) yes of course. well sorry sir you must be updated then.

4th official answer:
We have no idea what ORP is but we will call you back within 1 day with a better answer. But if we dont.... please call us back and wait through hour long queue again If you happen to not get disconnected by some miracle. we apologize our system is crazy and dropping a lot of calls. have a nice day

Sad to see my Offroad Pages app has decided to leave my dashboard. Had it for about 3 weeks then poof, it was gone in an instant. Hey @JeepCares can you help get this loaded back up?

@JeepCares if you will read through this thread, you will note a high level of frustration and confusion about the Off Road Pages (ORP) app. Don’t you think it would be a good idea for you to research this matter and get back to all of the loyal Jeep customers with an explanation of why some customers are receiving the ORP app, only to have it disappear, why it is causing problems with other other features, ie. loss of guide lines in the backup camera, and plans for rolling out ORP to everyone? Thanks.

Well today is a special day I got my off-road pages back. Let’s see how long they stay I hope the problem has been resolved, I’m optimistic. For anyone who is having problems I did a private message to Jeep cares gave them my Vin number mileage and phone number and within two days I’ve had results.

For anyone who has had off-road pages in the past and then returned, then gone again after update, please respond to Jeep cares with your Vin number and mileage on a private message and they will get on it. I did not call anybody I just contacted Jeep cares by email my situation was handled within three days and my Pages are back and staying back.

Just an FYI , For anyone who is tired of waiting for Jeep to update your Uconnect, you can Google, DriveUconnect.com. Once you’re there click on support, click on software update, you put in your Vin number and check for updates. Note: you have to have a clean ( nothing on it ) 16 GB USB flashdrive. Click on get started and pick option #2, do not pick option #1. it will tell you how to download the new version of Uconnect. There’s a video on YouTube that shows exactly how to do this as well as exporting onto USB drive And uploading it into your vehicle.
