Its been reported that the Tazer chip doesnt block the update so perhaps its the same for the Superchips. Hows it working for you by the way?

Honestly it is not worth the money for the limited features you get. Its nice to shut some features off to eliminate warning lights and so on but over all if i had to do it again I would of went with the tazer.

Jeep has called me four times in the last two weeks asking whether or not I have gotten the ORP update. (NOPE). The lady is starting to sound as frustrated as me.

I'll be reaching out to them again tomorrow. The lady working with me told me it might take a bit but that she would not quit until we get it. She's really trying.

I’ve contacted jeep cares who Put me in contact with U connect , Who sent me an email and said that they would check into it and let me know something. That’s been over two weeks ago and have not heard anything else. I Purchased my Rubicon in July and I’ve never had the off-road pages.

Hello @JeepCares

Sheri at Uconnect called me a couple weeks ago and said they'd work on this, but no luck so far and I haven't heard from her. Others have said that Uconnect quickly got the updates to them, but I still do not have mine. I took delivery of my Wrangler in January but there are people buying them just now and they have them. This is really puzzling to me why this can't get fixed for some, while for others it seems quick and easy or even automatic.
