So, a friend of mine that moved from New Hampshire (bought his Jeep there) to Tennessee, received his update last week. I received mine last night. This makes me think its more region-related than VIN number related. Good luck!

After loosing the pages for about two weeks, mine came back this afternoon. This I have had lat/long and altitiude longer than the 10 minutes it lasted the first time. I hope everything is here to stay this time.
App takes a minute or two to load for some reason. No big deal.
