Got my ORP this morning in Philadelphia. When I first loaded the apps screen, it had four unnamed apps but then after I restarted the jeep, the apps all appeared. ORP is working fine now.

As I noted yesterday, mine had come back yesterday morning. They were still present last night and his morning. Driving to work, they disappeared - I had the gauges displayed and it jumped back to the app selection screen with my shortcut being left blank (generic uconnect symbol). This is some odd software.

Still no update for me. When I go to uconnect software update site, says that my radio is already up to date. -__- so cal, built and delivered in July.

Uconnect's website ... my VIN check there, showed my radio up to date, 10 mins. before I got the OTA update. Be patient, you will get it.

I got the pop up screen this , I didn't do anything at first because I was stopping for gas. So I shut the vehicle off and pumped my gas. Got back in and screen came back . I decided to use the scheduling feature and scheduled it for later, (when I knew I would be home, and not in and out of the vehicle). So at 4: 30 pm I will find out.

Ditto what @Rhinebeck01 said. I don’t know how reliable that uconnect site is.

I dont know uConnect or the Head Unit (HU) but I do know electronics. Many times in electronics and flashing updates there is a backup "flash"/update circuit to hold a temp in case a "user" does something "wrong" like interrupt, or power outages or even corruption.

I would be curious...

The people that are getting an loosing ORP...

Is you SW Version reverting back to an earlier, and are you even checking with the dealer info procedure (Up Temp+Down Temp+Front Defrost) or is it maintaining version and still loosing?

The other thing no one seems to be posting is Serial... (or at least partial)

The pics I ran through showed:

T M9025... Has received, but I think is flaky
T M915... Has not received

A theory, could be going chronologically? ie build date wont mater if you radio 1 & 2 was grabbed out of 2 different crates/shipments or radios...

I had the update yesterday but the off road pages have been gone since then. I’ve been out a few times now and they are not back.

Ok, add me to the list, I got the update last night and had the ORP's and even tried them out. As of this morning they are gone just like they were never there.

Same boat except I'm in central FL and had my Wrangler since early June.

I bet you’re on to the method to the deployment. I’m T M91648xxxxx - hoping of a few folks could post beginning of their serial numbers as they get the update to confirm this is the pattern.
