i bought mine in Feb and still not getting the offroad page. i am in ohio. so close but yet so far. the longest wait in human kind history. @JeepCares
@Djmatt85 and @tnnjl bought in February too. I’m taking to the shop next week. Supposedly they can fix says @JeepCares. Major cop out from JEEP on this one. Putting work on the customer to fix what was already paid for.

Is there some reason some of us are not getting the update?
I’m still waiting patiently to. We purchased our Jeep in June. I once thought I would get it by Christmas, but wasn’t thinking Christmas next year or the year after. Sounds like someone doesn’t know what their doing! Doesn’t matter who! We just want it fixed. I use to check every time I got in the Jeep. Now most of the time I don’t even bother with it.

Same here, disappeared after I drove my 2019 JLR off the lot. I live in Ohio also. Been waiting on a fix for a couple days now. I just sent them pics of my software version. So anyone getting ready to contact them send your software version with your message or you're just going to get another message wanting that info.

Here is how to get it.

Pardon me jumping on the end of the thread, I didn't dig through all 39 pages... hopefully my question is simple & easily answered.

Are the Offroad Pages ONLY available on the Rubicon? (I'm visiting from the Gladiator forum and considering if that's a "Rubicon" feature when balancing the different model. I figure it applied directly to the JL Rubicon vs other models.

Yea, it’s a lot to sift through. For ORP, you need the 8.4” w/ NAV. So, only Rubicons and Saharas have that as an upgrade option.

DAY 1 - 1.5 Summary for fixing ORP through dealership w/ UConnect and JEEP Corporate

- Dropped car at dealership Tuesday
- Got a follow up of info from dealer and my UConnect case manager
- Testing completed per Jeep engineers request....radio is not receiving connection from UConnect server...confirmed the ORP/software update was pushed over the air specifically to my vehicle but vehicle did not receive.
- dealer told to open a "Star Case" to continue to answering questions from engineer (There was some confusion about whether this was done or not...it seems opening this case is the start of the dealer being able to work directly with corporate/engineer for a fix)
- If this software update isn't received it won't load Off Road Pages

Overall: Playing a little bit of middleman between dealer and UConnect but that's probably just me being overly involved. I'd rather have the cellular connection to the vehicle fixed then just load and update and go through this the next time a software update is pushed out to customers. UConnect said this is a issue specific to me and not widespread since I have been pushed the update but did not receive...but that sounds very similar to others complaints about what is going on with their vehicle (multiple software requests, owned since early 2018, live in good LTE/4G coverage area, and have reset their personal settings on vehicle multiple times).

Hope this helps someone out. I'll follow up again in a day.

Seems like the they should replace the cell unit in your Jeep if it's not getting updates.

I had some regular contact going, but the UConnect rep has not responded in a week or so.

I had some regular contact going, but the UConnect rep has not responded in a week or so. I'm going to shift to a more aggressive strategy if I don't hear back from them soon.
JeepCares sent me a response today that detailed where we are right now with mine, so I'm hopeful to see a possible solution soon.

Anyone in Arizona receive them yet?
I have not received it yet, but today i heard from them they are working on a download link for manual installs. Perhaps some cell parts are not receiving the signal.
