Hi Sam,
I have what you are looking for minus the brake light. I put an aftermarket carrier on my Rubicon a while back and just stored the factory one in my workshop.

So, I'm planning a trip to Oklahoma in May and will be touring Route 66 near the Oklahoma, Missouri state line. If you aren't too far from there we could meet.
