OEM Rear JL Steel Bumper hardware identification

Does anyone know what part number letter “F” on the Mopar Steel Rear Bumper instructions is?
Dealer has no clue and I have searched and searched here and on-line.
Its the small rectangular plate that has two hex nuts welded to it. A part number or if someone knows where I can purchase a pair of these would be much appreciated.

A pair of them? You’ll only need that plate if you don’t have a hitch. Prob worth just buying a hitch mount instead

awesome, I have a factory hitch so I guess I’m all set. I haven’t started the install yet and that part of the instructions was vague and I believe the only thing I don’t have and I guess don’t need. You would think the dealership parts guy could have told me that, I have been searching all over for a part number. Thank you for the clarification!
