Are the LED fog lights for the steel bumper different from the LED lights installed in the standard front bumpers?

Fog lights are mounted differently in the steel bumper vs the plastic bumper (rubi and sahara) and also different in the sport bumper.
These are still for sale - quote the original post so I get a notification. Obviously I don't check this very often....
