Whatever you see in the pics is included. I swapped these out for some Quake Slim Line LEDs. I’m not sure what wiring harness you mean, but these plug directly into the stock stuff on my Jeep JL Rubicon...not sure if that’s what you’re asking. Nothing was cut, just unplugged.
