I just pulled this bumper off of my new Rubicon. It comes with all nuts, bolts and fasteners. It has LED fog lights and comes with the Skid Plate, and the Top Filler Panel. I'd prefer local pickup, but we can work out shipping if needed.

Everything is in new condition with no scratches.
