Oedro Fender Flares

I’m installing these fenders and struggling with wiring the front ones. I’ve followed the instructions and when the Jeep is running, they don’t work. When I turn the Jeep off, the turn signal/hazards work fine.
Reading the product review, one reviewer states that wiring is a bit tricky, but doesn’t elaborate.
Does anyone have an idea or experience with this situation??

Have you tried reaching out to their customer service to see if they can provide assistance?

Youtube appears to have some videos on these being installed on a JK, not sure if the wiring would be different for a JL

I did call them. Was told that technical support would call me back within 24 hours.
