@Htfan sent me this pic a while back. They’re tucked up in there. But once you get the hang of it you can sit on the door sill and put your hand in there and unplug/replicate everything. The tab disconnect is on facing towards the engine bay.

I saw video on YT of someone using extension cables so you dont have to reach up there. anyone know where these can be purchased from? Thanks gents!

Ambient lighting requires LED bulbs and wiring that don't exist in the Sport model and I think Willy's also

Hi, i have the led bulbs but they don´t work. I checked my built sheet and i have:
AMBIENT LED INTERIOR LIGHTING

Is there any way on Jscan to activate it?

All JLs have interior LED dome lights. The LED ambient are the ones in the footwells and cup holders. There is no setting for them on JScan.

I understand, i do have the leds on the footwells but they don´t seem to work, i thought it was maybe some configuration issue

There is a dimmer switch for them just to the right of the headlight switch. Is it turned up?

Yes, but that doesn´t do anything with those lights, at night they are completely off

i have a sport (Canadian) and the ambient led lighting only applies to cup holder and door handles, the dial only adjusts brightness of door handle lights and is barely noticable. floor lighting is only for when door is opened.

Exactly the same, there must be a way to fix this, don´t you think?

Yes, but that doesn´t do anything with those lights, at night they are completely off

On my 21 it certainly does. What year is yours? I know they ditched the dimmer in later models.

2023....i checked and a i have a couple of little led lights on the footwells but they don´t do anything
