How is the paint holding up on your fenders? Do you have a lot of chips in the paint? When I was about to order my Ocean Blue I thought the black top with black fenders looked the best, but I wanted a Sahara so had to go with the painted fenders. Fast forward to today and I love the painted fenders with the black (soft) top. No regrets.
metal cloak 3.5" lift with falcon 3.3 shocks.Great looking Jeep. What size lift did you do and tell me about your wheels and tires?
It looks REALLY nice! Great choice my friend!metal cloak 3.5" lift with falcon 3.3 shocks.
Tires are milestone patagonia 37" . CANNOT BEAT them for the price. Quiet and grippy.
rims are rugged ridge. Not sure of specific type off top of my head.
Thanks!! I think it looks fantastic. I need to play with the shocks to get it dialed in for DD duty.It looks REALLY nice! Great choice my friend!
Looks very nice. Tell me about your tires and wheels. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but are those 35" tires and still stock suspension? Looks like you have changed out at least the front bumper as well. Give us some more pictures... front and back, please.Black top, painted fenders. The tops don’t fade like the fenders too, and it needs some contrast.
I prefer painted top and fenders. I have black top with painted fenders. But that was the only option at the dealer when I was looking for one. Now I want a painted hard top. I’ll be willing to trade. I’m in SoCal. Lol.I know there are tons of threads here with opinions of black vs. painted tops and fenders, but I think the choice is very different for different paint colors.
I'm ordering Ocean Blue JLUR, and would like to hear opinions specific to that color on which you think is better... if you're an owner, why'd you pick what you did, and if doing it again would you change?
Thanks!
I don't see any chips in the paint. How is the paint holding up on your fenders? Do you have a lot of chips in the paint?
