OBD Code P0052

[Obscurity]

Anyone know what would cause a P0052 code. Leaving the office today my jeep gave some errors about power steering, brakes etc not working. I restarted it and all was fine. an hour later I went out again and the CEL was on. When I read the codes I get this:

Bank 2 sensor 1 has a bad heater circuit. Test circuit and go from there.

I'm really not sure how to do that. I have seen some references to online to the possibility of a failed ground.
