We are the apex predator. Tell that to a grizzly or great white
We own this place. We should be stewards of the environment, it's the only planet we have
I agree, the greenies promote environmental guardianship to perpetuate their own self worth. They always seem to be the worst offenders.
the grizzly and great white can only kill us by fluke. we can extinct them at a whim.

the narrative is our existence is somehow a threat to the planet and people actually believe this.

As much as I'd love to see all of those nuclear power plants over in California, so that it will be easier to wipe out that whole state, I recognize that the wind will blow right into Texas and the rest of the country. So while I like the idea of getting rid of California, it's probably much smarter choice to put all those nuclear power plants over on the east coast, and keep solar for most of the rest of the country. At least that way, if we have a catastrophic event that poisons the planet, we'll just be killing off the ocean. I mean what good is the ocean really anyways, am I right!? I mean whales are pretty and all, but they take up a lot of space, space that we could be using to put up more apartments!

Don’t you just love the rich greenies promoting their electric cars and recycling as they pull into their massive 10,000 square foot home with 5 central heat/air units and giant kitchen with gas grills and stoves extra large fridge’s, swimming pools telling us peasants how we need to follow suit…do as I say not as I do 😎
Don't forget about their private jets and limos.

We have a local company hidden in the Appalachian Mountains that manufactures Nuclear Fuel for the entire US Navy Fleet... To my knowledge, they have never had any accidents, but anyone that works near the manufacturing process has to wear a Geiger Counter to make sure they aren't exposed to too much radiation.

We also have a Nuclear Power Plant being built in a neighboring state. From what I've heard, it takes approximately 15 years from ground-breaking to coming online.

The problems that I see with wind & solar is that 1. Windmills are killing a lot of birds and 2. Solar takes up a huge amount of ground space that could otherwise be used for farming, etc. It would take an enormous amount of land to produce the same amount of energy that is produced by 1 nuclear or coal power plant.
Wind turbines kill an estimated 200,000 to 1.2 million birds a year, but they provide us with an alternative energy source.
Cats kill an estimated 1.3 to 4 billion birds a year, and are not a fuel source.

We need to put these cats to work, I say!

Always love when people casually post on the internet about their desire to exterminate an entire country’s population worth of their own fellow citizens! God bless America!

nuke plants take a long time to come online. worth it though. we should start asap.
they cant even reopen the san onofre plant down near san diego. my friend, an engineer, was involved with that plant.

if they legitimately made a difference they wouldn't need to push them on us so hard. they would organically be there out of normal demand for a better product. that applies to both EVs and nukes.

Everyone likes a nuke plant until it explodes. at least an oil spill can be cleaned up.
