I don't know what side of town you're on, but CDJR in Pineville is where I go. Going on 3 years and I've never had a problem there. The Google reviews are light-years different from the Yelps & I've never experienced what I've read.Anyone recommend a particular dealership in NC when it comes to service/warranty work? I’m in Charlotte and after reading all the one star reviews for dealerships around here I’m hesitant to go to any of them once my Jeep gets in.

Just wondering what key things you always check before a trip. I need to get into a better routine of doing this before heading out.Today is pre-trip inspection/maintenance and install of new shocks. Good thing we looked through the Jeeps. Kernersville Dodge left Bret’s pitman arm nut finger tight. I was able to unscrew it with just my fingers…
These pre-trip inspections are invaluable to getting out there and making it home in one piece. (There are exceptions to this. Lol)

This is a loaded question and really depends on what’s been done to the Jeep. The list of things I check also depends on if I have worked on it prior.
