@chevymitchell this is a good excuse to call Oliver’s, right?

We have the FT TCase, I keep seeing issues with 1350s, thoughts on running 1310s? Stock 4.10s, 37s.

That honestly doesn't look too bad at all. Some scrapes and whatnot isn't going to hurt anything. If it's gouged or dented, then I'd say definitely replace it.

I wouldn't worry about the 1350 if you go that route. Oliver's uses a strap yoke on the transfer case side instead of a flat, prop yoke. There's lots of room next to the oil cooler. I run a 1350 front shaft. You'd be ok running a 1310, but if you're spending the money, then definitely upgrade the joint size while you're doing it.

Been stuck in the house… kiddo tested positive for Covid. Figured I’d knock out some little things I’ve had hanging around. Turns out I didn’t need the bump yet. Lol. Still got tons of flexy space to go. Need more weight in the Jeep. Cage, fenders, doors, bumpers, doors, winch, etc… still missing.

Once I have a full curb weight, then I’ve got to tune everything one more time. However, everything is working perfect right now. Spent all morning changing two pulley’s for the blower. One was screaming for help. Failed bearing out of the box. RIPP replaced the tensioner and blower idler for free.

It is a good feeling having it rebuilt this far.

This week makes a year since it was totaled.

Waiting on parts is killing me, but I'm really in no rush. I've mentally moved on to next Spring with this thing as it is. It's a weekend project for the most part. It'll get there one day.

Then sell it. Lol.

I know you didn’t ask me , but NO that little scratch is not a good excuse to get new ds ……. But, I don’t think you need any excuse to change out your ds…..😎 ……however, I see handwriting on the wall, and you’re gonna need one sooner than later, so myswell do it now…..🤣

FWIW, I ran the Dana Spicer 1310 DS on my JKR w/ 37s and ~3-3.5" of lift and had no issues for the 3ish years I ran it. Though, that was with the 3.6 and the old 5 speed, less torque throughput than your 4xe.

Yes, and mine is built soooo much better than the 392 for $130K.
Yeah, you can get that for cheaper at RubiTrux too... Never thought I'd say that by the way.

Did you even read the ad... -_-
I did but it just says "opportunity"... inquiring minds want to know.

BTW... I told Kimberly and her response was... "Of course he is." LOL!
