That bumper does look good. Is that just a clear powder coat? The Ninj is getting a butt tuck! Spare tire delete is done and just got the @Motobilt crusher back from powder coating and whoooweee does it look good!!
The factory steel bumper is a joke as it rolled up into the body on both corners and then when I took it off I found even more damage. Pulled the tub back out relatively straight and slapped some paint on it since the bumper will hide most of it. Last thing need to do is wire in the license plate light. Then it's off to shaving the fenders with American Adventure Labs kit then will need to order the front crusher bumper and sell the steel bumpers, Warn winch plate and fog lights.
Did you pull the rear sensors over too?The Ninj is getting a butt tuck! Spare tire delete is done and just got the @Motobilt crusher back from powder coating and whoooweee does it look good!!

Yep. I took spider web looking sanding wheel thing and put it in my drill and buffed that pattern into it and then had them clear powder coat it.That bumper does look good. Is that just a clear powder coat?
Oh yeah. I had to slightly tweak two of the clips they give you but everything went together pretty smoothly. Just got done wiring the license plate lights in.Did you pull the rear sensors over too?

MoabLads,
I've been to Wilmington area drive on beaches and Uwharrie in my Cherokee from some off roading.
New wrangler coming in a month or so, hoping to plan a trip somewhere.... Where do I need to check out?
Moab
Sand Hollow
Ouray
Rubicon Trail
Holy Cross
to name a few...
Oh... Uwharie... that's about it for serious wheeling. Next would be Wind Rock in TN. I lived in the Raleigh area up until this past October and really the only place worth while was Uwharie. Of course there are trails to and fro here and there like Hurricane Creek you can check out and @UNC Rubicon has a thread on here about them. You need to come out West and taste the off roading it will spoil youOk I should've been more specific....Places in NC
Unfortunately there is not much in NC. Uwharrie and Hurricane Creek are the best. Then there is Brown Mountain and Patriot Mountain.Lads,

I'm not because I have a new Jeep on order and I am returning my Jeep to stock.@thirtare you guys planning anything for this weekend or next now that Uwharrie is open again?
Now that I have the wheels and the lift on, I'm itching to get some mud and dirt added
