Any of you local guys want to buy a kidney? Just placed my order for the Goose Gear system and Bush Company XT 270 awning today. 💸💸💸

Happy Birthday to me! Probably will try to get over to Cache Creek for a camping trip right after I get that bolted on in case anyone would like to join :)

In other news, the AAL rear setup with the compressor, Redarc, and aux battery is now completely wired. I'm only waiting on the battery bracket from AAL, which was ordered 8 weeks ago. I just got word from them via FB that it could be another month until I see that bracket :( oh well.

Anyone else working on fun projects lately?

"That fucking wire" lol
Looks like a good project, you doin a overland set up?
No new projects, did make a 4-way inflation hose with gauge couple months ago. Saving all my money for projects with my other rig.

Yeah i do a lot of "living" out of the vehicle while I travel in the winter. Always nice to make it a bit more livable. My last trip up to Oregon, I wasn't able to cook much because it was raining so much. I finally ordered a 270* awning so that I can get some coverage while I'm out there. This just reminded me to call AAL for an update on that bracket....

Does anyone want free Sahara steps or Rubicon rails? I have both, free if charge.

Anyone up for wheeling in Tahoe or in that direction April 30 or May 1? I've never done it but would be up for a day out!

I'm game to try a trail on Apr 30th. Lots of options in the Tahoe direction!

I can't make this one, but I'm down for the next one! Glad to see this thread dusted off and used. :)

Completely unrelated, but I'm about to get my first lift kit in. Springs, shocks, and bumpstops. Anyone able to show me how to install these. I'm handy with tools but working on solid axles is foreign to me.

I'm in Santa Rosa and can host here or can drive wherever in the bay.

I already knew from doing 2 JK’s but I still watched vids on YouTube before I did mine. I was glad to have an impact for some of it. A breaker bar for the control arms of you don’t have an impact. They should be loosened during install, then retorqued on the ground at the new ride height.
I’d help out if I was closer and not in the middle of moving.
