Damn it, can't make this one either. These trips are on the list for a few of my friends too. How would a rubi on 35s do out there?

Those are fun trails! We did those on our lifted JK (3½" on 35s). Since then, Slick Rock has been changed due to access and apparently is harder.

Here's a video:

should be good on 35s. They did redo a small portion but it does have a bypass.
If I had the weekend I would just do it all. Slickrock -deer valley - strawberry pass - and fordyce since it’s nearby. But husband duties out way fun time

Barret lake Saturday or deer valley. Haven’t decided yet. But it will be early. Trying to hit the trail by 0800-0900. One other JL going as well. If interested PM me.

Wish I was home and I'd hit Slick Rock with you, that looks like a really fun and challenging trail......maybe next summer!

Want to take a moderate trail family day trip, live in Roseville, have a gladiator with 35’s on Metalcloak 3.5” game changer. Looking for some trail suggestions for this Sunday. Some, bit minimal off-road experience. Done shirttail canyon, strawberry pass and signal peak.... suggestions? Ok with fire roads or easy trails too...

Barret lake was fun!! First time on the trail and man does it deliver. Having a hardtop on was scary, that trail is tight.

As soon as I start the trail I go to click my disconnect and nothing... no light or anything, so had to just disconnect it old school style.

next time I will make it a weekend cause it’s a tiring trail.

We have been posting some trails here:

If you wanted to drive to the El Dorado Forest area I am sure you would sure enjoy Plummer Ridge and Baltic Ridge. My wife and I have cleared brush from miles of trails up there in the last two months so your Jeep can travel scratch free and they are great fun.

Thanks for the feedback. I have seen that other thread and just forgot about it so thanks for pointing it out. Between Plummer and Baltic, do you have a preference?

Plummer is more challenging and a little more fun. Baltic is scenic and easy.
