Will there be a non-BSG version of the 3.6 offered next year?

Basically just the same engine as this year?

Still too early to know about any BSG V6 in the 2019 Wrangler. But looking at the engine bay of mine, I can tell there's already space for the Starter/Generator in the engine cover design, and the alternator looks pretty wimpy in that big gap.

Some have speculated there's a chance they may not apply BSG to the manual transmission models.

If I end up having to hold out for a 2019, I would hope that as well, as it's technology I do not personally want.

I can only imagine the panic someone would have with a BSG system and a Manual transmission, if they weren't familiar with how to work it. lol
