Noise in rear when hitting a bump

this is at 10mph going straight over a low speed bump you can hear the thud clearly. its always on the way down never up.

I had this problem before…

It stopped when I took the dead body out of the back.

So after digging further under my Jeep, I found the problem. My bolt, on the top of one of my back shocks, came loose. After tightening it back up, no more noise. Thanks everyone for their suggestions on what might be wrong
