Happened to me this morning also, was completely baffled. No audio at all out of the speakers. Immediately came to this forum page and tried the AM fix....worked like a champ. Love this jlwranglerforum page.
they will say...... "could not reproduce problem" "working as designed"Mine in at the dealer now. I’m going to assume I have a different issue since the am did not work for me. Got to love the “I’ll call you tomorrow with an update” BS the writers give you. I’ll call today and see what they say.
BULL S***T! I dropped it off not working. Stopped working over 24 hours prior. @JeepCares will defiantly be hearing from me if that happens. Also the writer saw it not working the day it stopped. Swung in after it stopped and they said they didn't have time to look at it.they will say...... "could not reproduce problem" "working as designed"
Hi LHB,@JeepCares I've repeatedly had the same issue. Toggling to AM is not fixing the issue. I already have an appointment at my local dealer to fix a different electronics issue (Receiving a "Front Right Turn Signal Light Out" error but the turn signal is working fine).
Hopefully this glitch is identified and fixed.

Hi Woody7,I have the same issue where turning the audio to AM and back fixes. I have less than 100 miles so far and it's already happened several times. It's really disappointing to have an issue that is clearly a software bug in a brand new car with no fix or explanation from Jeep. @JeepCares do you have any updates for us?
My brand new jeep did this to me today. No audio when I left home, tried turning the jeep off and on multiple times with no luck, tried switching from phone to xm/fm, no luck. Did a search at a light and saw this post and switch to AM and it immediately resolved itself.Hi Woody7,
