No response from new Tazer mini??

Nothing, that's what I get, I have tried everything, it will not even acknowledge that it is plugged in (except the flashing red/green from the mini) screen is on radio tower, ACC is on RUN (but not running) (tried with engine running also) Tried holding left arrow and CC cancel for longer periods of time, I'm tired of actually trying anymore, Checked the firmware and it's up to date!
I know people have some issues with this Tazer but at least YOU got into the screen, I can't get anywhere!

If you plug it into your computer can you see it? There is a repair utility on the program app.

It told me it was up to date.
Ill plug it back in and go to check it out.

Yep, it cannot find it, tried 3 different USB ports and not found!

I've had this problem, for some reason even though I had used windows 11 to update the firmware I had to use an old computer with windows 7 to run the repair utility. Good luck
