No power to AC controller at startup

I've got a 21 JLUR since August. Lately, when I start the Jeep, all the controls start right up except the section that controls the AC, start/top, and screen off function. It doesn't have any power for about 25-30 seconds after start up. The panel below it (that controls the windows) works perfectly fine and the Uconnect touch screen also works perfectly fine. Anybody else have this issue? After the 25-30 seconds, it starts right up and doesn't have any more issues.

I started having the exact same problem a few weeks ago. Nothing on that dash module (ac/fan/radio volume/ESS override will work immediately as it did for 2 years. It may work maybe 20% immediately or take up to 20-30 seconds before anything works. As you said, the problems disappear once it starts to work, with the exception in my case that the radio volume will drop to about 1/2 its setting for maybe 30 seconds then return to where it is set.
I tried to get an appointment at the Jeep dealer where we are currently, but they were a month out for any appointments; we leave the area before that. Please post any updates and I'll do the same. Cheers!
