No more Electronic Swaybar Disconnect?

I was looking into 2017 JKs today to try to get an idea of how much a JL would cost (adding the $2,750 up-charge in the end) when I noticed that new specs say absolutely nothing about an electric sway-bar disconnect on the Rubicons. Did Jeep discontinue this as an option on Rubicons? Last time I was Jeep shopping, Rubicons just came with it. I thought it was a standard feature on them like the electronic locking diffs.
