No front bumper legal in Texas?

I need to have my bumpers re-coated so they'll have to be off the Jeep for a week or so. Not worried about driving around without the rear but is it legal to drive around without a front bumper? I''ll still mount the license plate...

I doubt you’s get stopped. But if you get into an accident and there is an injury or have damages that a bumper would have prevented, your insurance may be tough to deal with.
