Thumb drive.

Or just have your offline music on your phone?

Storing music on an SD card is freakin' weird.
I don't want a thumb drive sticking out of my media hub. Is that weird? Because now that I write it down it kind of sounds weird.

What's the problem with doing that and not having any thumb drives and no SD cards.

So you'd rather have a USB to SD card reader sticking out of your media hub? lol

There is also a USB port inside the console you could plug in there and leave it (assuming that port doesnt always stay on even with the vehicle off) Out of sight, out of mind.

Also, there's a USB port in the center console compartment. Not sure if that one is connected to the stereo - but if it is then you are set to stick a massive thumb drive in there. And your media hub won't have ant protrusions. Ha

Don't you read every word of every one of my posts in detail? I have an old phone with very little storage capacity so I can only have a couple of offline playlists.

This is not a big deal at all. I realize that.

I apparently skipped over that detail.

Sounds like it is time to upgrade that phone! haha

Pretty sure I am going to use that one for my phone. I'm getting a manual so I won't be handling my phone while I am driving.

That way the cord stays in the console nice and neat. Not sure yet though.

If I could check this forum on a flip phone I might go back to one.

I did literally spend months transferring all my CDs to digital. That was about 15 years ago so things were probably slower.

Ok. Based on a little googling android-based flip phones are making a comeback. I can actually have a new Motorola Razr and be cool again and still check this forum.

I blame you for this.

They need to come out with Sting-Gray so i can get a Jeep and get back to my life.
