I added Nitto ridge grapplers 285/70/17 to my JL sports. No rubbing works on stock suspension.

what wheels are these? do you know what the offset is? I am looking for that same width look as you . I am on stock suspension as well, and totally new to the whole wheel and tire discussion. I dont want to get anything that sticks out too wide from fender. Not a fan of that personally

These are GFX TR mesh2 from Vox wheels. I got the wheels and tires from discount tire direct online. Offset is +12. These stick out little but not too much.

Looks great . Did you loose any power with 285/75? They are 10 lb more heavier than 285/70.

No I have a Flashcal and when the tire size is corrected it also adjust shift points. Lost a couple mpg with bigger tires and I run them at 30-32 psi cold.

I'm a new jeep owner. Does the Flashcal jeopardize your warranty in any way?

No - when you take it in for service you return settings to stock. If you are worried the dealership can also adjust this for you, I have seen where they charge $50-$125 to change your tire size.

I thought changing the tire size through flashcal was one time setup? And after changing the tire size you can disconnect it.

You do disconnect it once you adjust your tire size. You can also remove the bypass module if you want, I just leave mine connected.

Ok , in that case you don't to need to return the settings to stock.

No I would only return it to stock to take It in for dealer visits, you also need to remove the bypass module if going to the dealer.

You hook up bypass model - connect flashcal - make changes - disconnect flashcal. I checked my speed with the waze app after I adjusted my tires and had to go one more adjustment to get my speedo right. Easy process.
