Nitto Ridge Grapplers 285/70/18 on JLU Sahara with stock 18 inch wheels

I wanted to share some before and after photos with Nitto’s rated 33.96 tire. These replaced the stock tires on my stock 18 inch wheel. I searched everywhere for this combination on the internet, to only find it on 17 inch wheels. To each there own, some may not like the stock Jeep wheels. That’s okay, this post is for those looking for this combination of size Nitto’s on a stock 18 inch JL wheel.

Oh yeah. Love them. But I’m looking at going with a 2 inch spacer as well.

Should take delivery of my wife's sport altitude in a month or so and looking at options for slightly larger tires and a small lift.

I did. 2” AEV spacer lift with geometry brackets added and quick disconnects and kept stock wheels with Nitto Terra Grappler G2’s 285/75/18’s. I can’t tell a difference between the ride stock and now. I haven’t wheeled yet but hope to in the next month or so. I had to add a Teraflex Alpha HD to move the spare off the bumper.

Thanks. So far so good but I haven’t wheeled it yet. The guys at Rubitrux said it was fine without them at 285.

Very Nice, I have since updated my Jeep and put on the Terra Flex spacer lift to give it a more leveled stance.
