If my tire pressure decreases significantly with a temperature drop, is it ok to top off the tires with regular air if they have the Nitrofill?

Yes. I've done this all the time with tires that were nitrofilled at the dealer. Air is already around 80% nitrogen and nitrofilled is just a designation of having at least 93% nitrogen.

Yes it’s fine. The more air you add the less benefits you get from running nitrogen.
