I have a '21 Rubicon as well, uConnect kept telling me there were no updates for me when everyone else was getting OTA updates left and right. This went on for 9 or 10 months. I just let it go. Finally I reached out to @JeepCares here via PM and they got me the proper TSB info to present to my dealer. Printed it out, took it in and they applied the updates. The tech's comment when I picked it was, "Man, I don't know if I've ever seen so many updates in one go." This was after my Jeep wouldn't initiate OTA, and the uConnect website repeatedly said my system was up to date when I would plug in my VIN. My bet is you have updates available to, among other things, address your button issue....but need to go to the dealer.I have a ‘21 Rubicon with the 8.4 and no updates to my knowledge unless it updated itself in the background. I’d have to do some playing around with things to verify. Only issue I’ve had with my system is the way button icons haphazardly relocate themselves on the pages.
