I have this setup and it is great. It’s a full tailgate hinge replacement and it is very sturdy. My 38’s weigh in at 112 lbs and there’s no rattling or shaking whatsoever. Plus the 38’s fit with the stock bumper too with an inch or so of clearance. And it looks good.

I don’t do much shipping, but box dimensions are 29” x 22” x 14” and weight is 47 lbs. the ship from zip would be 93003.

i see there is now only one rubber bumper that the tire rests against. What happens on the other side now? Does it just hang out there?

That’s true, but the setup is so solid there’s zero shaking even without any bumpers. I did put in an extended one on the drivers side for peace of mind, but I really don’t think I even needed that one.
