New Rubicon X 3,6 "Hopping" gear from 3-4 an 7-8

Hello from germany,
i buy my Rubicon in september with 80km
After a little Time i know that the gear 3-4 and 7-8 in slowly Speed "hopping" it feel like an stop egine for milli seconds.
It is only on slow speed and worm Oil an d Engine.
When the Engine and Transmission is cold it will drive an Angel.
Today with 3500 km on it , i go to the Dealer.
They make an Big Adaption for the Transmission,Throttle,Camshaft Sensor and Crankshaft Sensor.
I drive from them and it works for the first 20 km fantastic and then the issues came back.
When i drive with more gas.It will shift very smooth and perfekt.
Only in low speed in Town or Cruising.
Someone with an Idea ?

Drive with more throttle? I've never seen this issue, but I do tend to get to the speed I want on the more aggressive side.
