Hey Brothers, the 22' Rubicon build arrived a couple weeks ago and I'm ready to source upgrades. I really want 37's but am open to 35's. Any photos comparing the 2 or builds you can share. Should I go all in with 37's or lift and 35's. I know big expense differences, but I want something I'm going to love! This is a toy and not driven daily. I will not do much rock crawling, really only for cruising around looking cool. lol Thanks for any tips.

If it's for looks I'd go 40s. Stock rigs, 35" and even 37" in some cases are for guys that wheel. If you want to look badass, 37s are small.

35s stock, 35s TF spacer lift, 37s TF spacer lift, 37s MC 3.5. 4xe, so starts out about an inch higher.

Nice looking Ride.. 👍

I suggest that one goes with the Mopar 2” lift, with 35’s. Falken Wildpeak AT3W’s are great tires. Very quiet, smooth riding, excellent in rain and snow rated, plus they don’t pick up rocks/stones like the KO2’s do. Also, they start out with the most tread depth.

I have same color JLUR in a 6-speed.

Went with AEV 2.5TT dual sport with AEV Salta XR wheels and 315/70/17.

netted closer to 3.5 inches in lift. Awesome on the highway and did greens and blues trails at NOVA Trailfest in AOAA, articulated like a champ

Hey Rick, remind me… did you swap axles?
Hey Matt. I did not, was still running stock gearing also. Really didn’t bother me for how I used it since it was not my DD.

I will say, I really like how the 4:56s do with 37s on the new ride 👍🏻

I didn’t think so, but wasn’t sure. Thanks.

Not actually rock crawling? Just looking cool? Spacer lift and 37s. Make sure you get M/Ts, they look way more aggressive than A/Ts.
