New RIVAL Stamped Steel Modular Bumper

It was loose in the big box along with about 4-5 other wrapped up brackets.

I did get the brackets, wrapped in bubble wrap. Makes me wonder what else fell out of the box I haven't discovered yet...

The packaging on the bumper that arrived here was crap compared to anything else I’ve purchased for my jeep. You should package it knowing that UPS or any other carrier is going to abuse it. A light wrapping on bubble wrap and mine did not have the rubber edge guard either. Anything I’ve bought from LOD and American Adventure Lab has been setup to take a beating in transit.

As long as they make it right with the damaged powder coat then I’ll call it a good day.

My kid just texted me a pic of my packaging. Doesn't look as bad as the other two but I hope nothing fell out. Clearly, some end packaging and/or outside straps could be added to get these to their new homes safely. Hopong that end piece isn't scraped. I was going to wait til Saturday, but I have a feeling I might attempt this swap tonight. Has anyone installed this yet? It doesn't seem too involved, but I don't want to start tonight and get stuck without enough time. Saturday is the smart bet. I'll probably do it tonight!
