There are a lot of separately wrapped parts just loose in the big box. I think I have everything.

What box were your tow hooks in? If in the big box I think mine fell out. They’re nowhere to be found.

Yikes! I have no dog in this fight, but damn... waiting all this time and getting damaged product because somebody didn't want to put some damn styrofoam in the box to prevent damage in shipping...

I would be livid.. you pay money and expect things to look new since you paid brand new money then it shows up like that? I would be pissed.. and they would be doing something for me or else it would be going back.. the powder coat should not come off that easy.. this is what makes me hesitant on a steel bumper.. rust marks in the time it took to get from them to you.. I don't want to battle rust and I am anal and do not like rust on my vehicle..

Everything was well packaged, really. It's UPS that brutalizes packages. Most survive, some don't. That's life. The overwhelming majority of what arrived was in perfect condition. It's the very ends of those end caps that suffered. They barely fit in the box, no room for additional padding. My tow hooks were missing - I can only assume they fell out of one of the several holes in the box. That's on UPS, not Rival - it's just the way it goes. I've got a request in for a new set of hooks. In the grand scheme of things I'm super happy it's here. These other things can/will get smoothed out. It's all good.

Yeah I understand it's the carrier not the manufacturer.. though they should protect those ends a little better but I've had some things show up damaged too due to how rough the carriers are with stuff.. but it should still be made right.. you could file a claim with the carrier.. im sure it's insured up to a point at least.. but in any case, can't wait to see it installed.. let me know if you see any squat in the front from the weight difference.. cant wait to see it

I agree UPS doesn’t care. Driver wouldn’t wait for me to inspect. Said he just delivers take it up with sender.

Well my skid plate and the smaller of the 2 bumper boxes are out for delivery. The 83lb main box never left Colorado. We’ll see when it gets here but that’s disappointing.

It was loose in the big box along with about 4-5 other wrapped up brackets.
