Can someone please recommend a good set of tires for 255/70/r18 that would be good for snow? All terrain with snowflake symbol, or good winter tires? Would really appreciate any help. So far I've pinpointed K02s, or kumho roadventure At51. Please help!
The AT KO2s you pinpointed are perfectly fine for winter. They have the 3 peak snowflake and go pretty much anywhere you need. Traction is awesome. We constantly go up to snow terrain and have only needed low range occasionally. But from time to time the Ruby lockers are key for us - as full 4 wheel traction is sometimes needed to blast through a snow bank. We also do use chains when required.
