Assuming the rear tire carrier will be a once piece design meaning when you open the tailgate your opening it just by the handle on the door. Its not a separate swing out tire carrier is it? Will the rear bumper carrier work with the rear backup camera?

This is correct, this bumper will be a single action carrier meaning that it will open with the door. The rear camera will work with the carrier arm as well once it comes out. The bumper itself is in stock and ready to ship!

I hope the bumper doesn't have a hole where the carrier mount is attached to the bumper.
I would not be interested in a carrier mount.

If you don't wish to run the carrier arm, it will have a plug in place so you don't have a open hole.

This is a JK bumper but the plug for the carier is exactly the same.
