Ok, mine went KZ in January as well. Also, when you check with Jeep Cares, make sure you ask for the code after KZ. Some give it, some do not. For instance, KZ could mean your Jeep is in their storage facility, or it could mean that it's already halfway across the country and will show up today.

I'd be a little surprised if it wasn't on a train by now. Mine is somewhere in Missouri, or was on Wednesday... may have moved by now.

Ask your salesman to pull up the shipping status is the Rubicon VLS system. That will show you exactly where yours is in the system.

Ok. Got off a chat with jeep Cares and they are supposed to call me at some point today with an update but in the mean time i asked about KZ status and was told the following...

No additional letter behind KZ

Just received an email from the Dealer and my JLUR arrived today.

22 days from order to arriving at the dealer!!!

He and I were both just floored! 2/1 order and 2/22 arrival.

Now I have to wait until I fly in on 3/6 to pick it up!

Ordered it from DeMontrond in Conroe TX. But we are stationed in Puerto Rico. We thought it would be at least another week to get there so we bought tickets for 3/6. Now the wait

I just got word from my dealer that Rubicon VLS says my order has the outgate field updated for today. Googling "outgate" it looks like it means it has left the facility. I'm desperately hoping that I get a call tomorrow that it's in.

Order was officially placed today on (2/22). My current lease ends on 4/30 so hoping the timing works out.

Why? Hasn't your dealer told you why? What staus is it in? You are infinitely more patient then me. I ordered 11/26 and it sat in D status for 38 days. I wrote an email to the FCA CEO asking why. Early next morning I had an email from an Executive Manager saying he had expedited my order and it was already in paint. Next day he told me it was built and loaded on a railcar with escalated transport. He even emailed me that it had arrived at the dealer before they were even open.
