I have an old school manual tire changer. *a jack beadlock breaker and some muscle. LOL
I (we) would need to change over 200 tires for it to break even. LOL

I decided to keep these so I marked them as SOLD.
I'm surprised no one was interested. I paid over a grand for them.
Anyway, I had American Tire & Auto in Mercerville, NJ mount and balance these yesterday on my ICON wheels.
I put 'em on last night and did JScan this morning to correct my tire size. Speedometer was verified using my onX phone app.
Glad I decided to keep them. Now I need to pick up a spare and figure how I want to mount it.

Looks like the driveshaft is actually bent. I am getting a new one from Pete's Welding & Driveshaft in Trenton. Should have it by tomorrow.

My Linkage Rod for transfer case selector came in as well, and I am looking to pick that up as soon as tomorrow.

@sherpaJL, I was more than a little bit tempted, but got a set of KO2's waiting in the barn, and the set of Cooper's from @19 JLUR Bright Whit3 for playing offroad. Glad you came to your senses

Got my New Linkage thinking it you be a 3 Minutes Install!

Turns out the Ball it Connects to was bent, and the new linkage would not snap on:

Tried to bend it back.. No Luck. So I straightened out the broken linkage and started fabrication.

Tightened up all the Bolts for the Bracket, ( @sherpaJL - I did put thread lock)

Tested it, and it WORKS!

Hopefully Driveshaft Install Goes Well Tomorrow!

TBH, almost every upgrade was because the factory failed. Except maybe the Lift, Winch, and Gears....

New Driveshaft Came in today From Pete's Welding in Trenton, NJ. $600 including yoke. So not too bad price wise considering another Metal Cloak one would have been like $800

Factory Nut didn't Fit into the New Yoke

Got the Die Grinder out to make it a little smaller so that it would FIT!

Nut now fits in Yoke, I installed the Yoke with a little ATF around the outside where it slips into the Transfer case. Black RTV Silicone on the nut. Red Lock Tight, and 166 ft lbs of Torque!

This Harbor Freight Impulse buy saved the day to get to the Bolts that go through the Yoke from behind! Especially with the Skid Plat, Exhaust and Driveshaft all in the Way

This was 1 of 4 bolts I had to Secure. Neutral, Rotate, Back In Gear Tighten, Repeat x 12? Used RED Thread Lock!

Four front bolts to 90 Ft Lbs, and again Red Lock Tight!

All Installed and Ready to Wheel!
