New Jeep owner, first roadtrip

Took the 1st road trip in my 1st Jeep ever from Eagle River, Alaska to Glennallen and back (about 320 miles). The odometer rolled over 1,000 miles so the motor isn't even to being "broken in" and I averaged just over 23 mpg despite some pretty significant changes in elevation. Really happy with the ride quality and the overall comfort level.

Anyone seeing similar mpg numbers after the 10,000 mile Mark?

Really going to depend on your overall usage. I do pretty well on long trips but around town I'm averaging 18 mpg (at least according to the computer.).

Having said that, I have no complaints about gas mileage.
