New guy with a tire rim size question that I'm too stupid to find the answer for

I want to go to wheels and BFG 315/70/17's when the JL arrives. No rock climbing but Alabama dirt and mud hunting roads. I want the KO's tucked as stock looking as possible as I don't like the outside the fender look. What offset and back space do I look for in after market wheels? Thank you in advance!
