I just got an update from Diode Dynamics. They are hoping these headlights will ship out to us end of next week.

I bought my headlights from you. I'm also buying my lift kit and shocks through you as well. This all has nothing to do with this post but your staff is awesome every time I correspond with them. I just wish you sold the CavFab or Rusty's tire carrier because I think that's the route I'm going to take. Northridge is now my preferred retailer. Plus you give me points I can use towards future purchases so I mean that's just another plus!

RE: CavFab and Rusty's.... We carry a lot of different brands, unfortunately we can't carry them all. If those are the ones you like, go for it.

Is Diode Dynamics a real company or are they just taking all our money and moving to Mexico??? Can't get through on the phone, wait for 5 minutes then go to voicemail. They haven't responded to my latest email chain asking if they were still on schedule. The last email I received from them said that the latest I should have my lights is by today, it's today.... Pyramid scheme! They got a bunch of people to say they're awesome and promise an awesome product then take our money and drink mai tais in Tahiti! hahaha I don't really think that, I'm just trying to think of jokes to laugh while I sit here dying a little more inside each day.

I'm upset in timeframes too as I was told mid-march which probably means sometime April.

I can say they are a real company and develop fantastic product. I think in this case they underestimated, over promised and haven't delivered yet. We'll see them... Just a bummer it's taken this long.

I rather have it take a little longer than expected originally And have them spending time to produce a quality headlight without flaws then rush them to just get them out! Amazon has spoiled us with same day arrivals so it’s easy to get impatient! I’m excited to get these and will continue to wait my turn!

hope you get them soon! I cancelled my order yesterday. I'll see where supply is this summer but for now, they're not something I have to have.

I've been told I'll get them right around Christmas. Then, right after Christmas, I was told I'll have them in the first two weeks of January. Then, last week Wednesday, I was told they should be shipped by this Friday, the 3rd. Money is already spent but this is my first impression of Diode Dynamics. Maybe they'll be good. I was told they'll be worth the wait. I need more lights on my Jeep so this whole process and the quality of the end product will help determine where I go for my business. All my off road buddies tell me Diode Dynamics is the best though, as well as folks on here.

They are the best, that I can say with promise. My choice to cancel was the unknown of delivery at this point. The money spent was refunded and will go to my rear bumper I’ve been wanting to do.

Yeah, makes sense. I paid black friday pricing so I got a really good deal. At this point it would be silly for me to cancel.
