I am looking at switching from my EVO spacer lift to their 3.5'' springs. If I purchase the 3.5'' Fox Shocks also, do I need to get a new drive shaft?

The short answer is yes.
You shocks will limit your suspension sag/down-travel; if you are using shocks rated for 3.5" or more of lift, you will need to upgrade the DS (check the manufacturer specs for extended length of shock). I'm installing the Rancho 3.5" crawler lift and swapping in an aftermarket DS at the same time, as I'll be using the Rancho 5000x shocks for a 3.5" lift.
Alternatively, you can use shocks setup for a 2.5" lift and they will limit your sag/droop/down-travel to prevent driveshaft binding/ boot tearing/ etc.

I have the RC 3.5" full lift, including their longer drive shaft.
