This is my first post and l have utilized this forum for the marketplace and the awesome knowledge of the Jeepers world wide.
Long story short, I took the Jeep JLU Sport S 3.6 manual in for battery and electrical service at the dealer. I had personally replaced the aux and main battery through the fender. I buttoned it up, and the wipers engaged upon wiring up the negative cable on the auxiliary battery.
I have to admit that I made an honest mistake and crossed the + and - on the aux. Perhaps I fried my alternator because it would no longer take a charge after I corrected my mistake and perhaps also blew a fuse that controls the Uconnect screen.
I brought it in the dealer for help.
Batteries I used were both Platinum AGM Duralast part #
Aux14
H6-AGM
Iāll report back. Maybe someone will run into this thread and learn from my mistake one day.
Happy New Year!
