Ah man :/ bummer. This is my third time back. We love Hawaii but I will not travel there right now and we may never again because of the bullshit rules.

This resort we’re at right now is more expensive than where we have stayed prior, but you could have some good deals and we found some great ones before. I would definitely recommend it. Been in the mid 80s all week.

Dana 70’s front rear. Likely will run some 39 KO2’s on stock axles to start though until they get here. I prefer 39’s for Moab but you’re absolutely right. Ask me tomorrow I’m sure I’ll change my mind a few times haha.
I got 39s KM3 on stock axles (3.5’ lift). - Made the Rubicon Trail incl. all obstacles and other difficult trails. No problem, just FYI.

I’ve only done level 5 trails so far with my 37 K02s and everything has been smooth. We will see probably 7-8 trails a lift and tire upgrade would be needed.

Are you running 37s without a lift and doing trails?!

On my 392 yes. But they’re BGF K02s and run small, only 35.5 mounted. Haven’t had rubbing issues yet but only hit level 5 trails at this point.

Just dropped the Jeep off to get the wheels powder coated a true satin gold. I went back-and-forth with buying new wheels but I really like the factory 392 wheels and I just want them to be brighter. $800 is the set back. But the cost I was looking at for new wheels after I sold my 392 wheels would’ve been about the same and I never quite liked the look of any of the ones I found.

I will be picking it up tomorrow or Friday and will update new photos. I just need to get black Lugnuts now.

Looking forward to the results, I was kicking the same thought around, I like the stock wheels but wish they were more of the Method Wheels Bronze

Yep I’m going more for the second option you posted in terms of color and I’m leaving the beauty ring black.

Edit: no Mopar black lugs when I called the parts department. Going to have to look online for something.

Get the large gorilla lock set (they have a smaller set too), they work great w/ stock wheels, here's a pic 2nd one on the left

Nice choice, where did you pick them up from? Cost? I am thinking of going that route especially since the stock lug nuts are junk

These are the extra stout ones, and the ones I'd recommend
https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Automotive-96644BDX-Factory-24-Pack/dp/B01N2ABJME/ref=sr_1_13?crid=2JO07DCGUT4AR&keywords=gorilla+automotive+system+jeep+jl&qid=1651696094&sprefix=gorilla+automotive+system+jeep+jl,aps,140&sr=8-13&th=1
And the smaller set, better if you need clearance at the lug bores w/ aftermarket wheels
https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Automotive-71643NBC-Black-Wheel/dp/B004U3THY8/ref=sr_1_5_mod_primary_new?crid=2JO07DCGUT4AR&keywords=gorilla+automotive+system+jeep+jl&qid=1651696007&sbo=RZvfv//HxDF+O5021pAnSA==&sprefix=gorilla+automotive+system+jeep+jl,aps,140&sr=8-5
And the tall set, it says chrome finish in the title, but has pics of black ones, and also says black in the item description. Better check the part # on them prior to ordering.

So it boils down to $89.00 or $168.00

Shorter IS $169.OO
Taller is $89.00
After having both The 392 Rubicon and the 392 Rubicon XR I think they look better sunk into the wheel vs looking like a mistake was made
